Delivery & Payment
VSJM ships every bottle of hot sauce and chili condiment ordered through our storefront to addresses across Japan using couriers experienced in handling glass containers and liquid food products. All orders are prepared under controlled conditions to preserve flavor integrity and container safety from our fulfillment point to your doorstep.

Timeframes are counted in business days from dispatch. Remote areas may add 1-2 days.
Order processing
Orders placed before 16:00 on a business day are dispatched that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day. A confirmation email with the order number is sent as soon as the order is placed.
Each bottle is individually wrapped in shock-absorbent bubble sleeves and placed in corrugated cardboard boxes with reinforced double-wall construction; glass bottles are secured upright with molded cardboard dividers to prevent shifting, tamper-evident shrink bands are applied over every cap, and void-fill cushioning is added around all sides to prevent breakage or leakage during transit.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order ships, an automated tracking number is generated and sent to the email address and phone number provided at checkout, allowing you to monitor delivery progress in real time through the carrier's tracking portal via email or SMS alerts.
Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact service@VSJM with your order number. We file a trace with the courier and, within 10 business days of the claim, either resend the order or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives with visible external damage, photograph the box and the shipping label before opening. If a bottle is broken, cracked, or leaking upon unboxing, photograph the item and the tamper band, then contact service@VSJM within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos attached; we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund once the claim is verified, at no cost to you.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never request card or online-banking details by email or phone.
Delivery outside Japan
We deliver to a defined list of countries. Cost and delivery time for your destination appear at checkout, before you pay. Any import duty that applies is settled by the recipient, not by us.
