Any bottle bought from VSJM can be returned within 30 days of delivery, no reason required. Below: the conditions that apply, the steps to follow, who covers the cost, and how soon the refund arrives.

We cover the cost when a bottle is faulty or wrong; you cover it if you simply change your mind.

Conditions

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the bottle is unopened, the tamper-evident seal is fully intact, the original packaging and labeling are undamaged, and the product has not been exposed to temperatures outside recommended storage conditions. Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

For food safety and biosecurity reasons, any bottle with a broken seal, removed cap, or visible signs of consumption cannot be accepted for return once it has left our fulfillment facility. This exclusion protects all customers from products that cannot be resold once their tamper-evident integrity has been compromised.

How to return a bottle

Submit a return request to service@VSJM with your order number and reason for return
Receive an RMA return authorization number and the designated return address by email
Pack the item securely in its original protective packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact
Receive the refund within 3-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection

Section · 03

Who pays return shipping

If the bottle is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we pay: a prepaid label is sent, or a courier pickup is arranged. If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping; no other amount is deducted.

Refund timing and method

The refund is issued within 3 business days once the bottle passes inspection. Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer to the account you specify; orders paid by bank transfer are refunded to that same account. Banks typically post the funds within 1 to 5 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, variant or product, follow the return steps above and place a new order; the returned item is refunded as soon as it reaches us. If the exchange results from our error, the new order ships free of charge.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled at no charge any time before it is dispatched. Write to service@VSJM with your order number. Once dispatched, the return procedure above applies instead.
