Choose
Each product page states the ingredients, the net weight and how the heat level fits your use. Compare bottles, check the reviews, then add to cart.
Order
Pay in cash on delivery or by bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number follows immediately.
Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same business day, packed and passed to an insured courier along with a tracking number.
Use and return
Follow the instructions printed on the label. If you change your mind, return the bottle within 30 days under the terms listed on the Returns page.
The standard we hold ourselves to
- Whole Chili Mash, No Powder FillersWe mash fresh and dried chili pods ourselves, habanero, scotch bonnet and bird's eye depending on the recipe, so the sauce keeps its natural body instead of tasting watered down.
- Small-Batch Fermentation and BlendingEach recipe is fermented or blended in limited batches on a fixed schedule, which keeps the heat and flavor closer to what you tasted in the last bottle you bought.
- Batch Checked Before DispatchBefore any order leaves our facility, we check fill level, cap seal and label accuracy on the bottles going out that day.
- Direct-to-Door DispatchOrders are packed in cushioned, protective packaging and handed to a tracked courier directly from our facility, with no third-party warehouse in between.
Common questions
How hot is each sauce, and does the heat stay the same bottle to bottle?
Each recipe lists an approximate heat range based on the chili variety used, for example our habanero-based sauces sit roughly between 100,000 and 350,000 on the Scoville scale. Because chilies are a natural crop, heat can vary slightly between harvests, but we mix each batch to keep it as close as possible to the previous one.
How is my order packed and how can I track it?
Bottles are cushioned individually and boxed before they go to the courier, and you receive a tracking number once the order is handed over. Orders placed before 16:00 on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 16:00 go out the next business day.
Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?
You can return unused bottles in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Bottles that have been opened or used cannot be returned, since we cannot verify what happens to a sauce once the seal is broken.
